Original Charge:  Explore the question of whether minus grades should be added to the default University grading system.  Respond by January 2003.
Proposed (Redrafted) Charge to Equal Opportunity Committee:  Review the status and numbers of Asian faculty and administrators at Rutgers University.  Report findings, and recommendations if deficiencies deemed correctible are found.  Report to Senate Executive Committee by November 2003.

Proposed Charge to Committee on Rutgers-Newark Parking (as drafted by R. Parikh):  Collect data on Student and Faculty/Staff Parking at the Rutgers Newark campus.  Analyze this data and set forth short- and long-term recommendations to improve the parking situation at Rutgers Newark.
