2025-2026 Ad Hoc Committee on Federal Grant Funding Chaos and University Response

In response to the resolution passed on 1/31/25, an ad hoc committee is to be created to collaborate in monitoring all stop-work notifications and funding delays received by Rutgers researchers, as they are reported through the University’s designated tracking system (federal-tracking@rutgers.edu), to track ongoing developments, to provide timely updates to the university community, and to assess potential policy response options for addressing challenges resulting from the the recent and potential future federal grant funding freezes or any related subsequent measures.
